Return and Refund Policy

At Dirmarcus Deshane Scott Consulting / New Era of Conscious Living Corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to providing high-quality digital financial services to help our clients achieve credit and financial success.

As all our services are digital and data-driven, we maintain the following refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties.


1. Digital Services & Refund Eligibility

All services provided by our company are digital in nature and involve data-driven strategies developed over the past 7 years to prepare clients for home ownership, business credit, funding, and financial success.

Full Refund: Clients may request a full refund within 3 days of service activation by submitting a request in writing, email, text, or phone call.
Pro-Rated Refund: If a client decides to stop using our services after 3 days, a prorated refund will be issued based on the work completed up to that point.
No Refunds After 6 Months: Due to the extensive research, data collection, and tailored strategies used in our 6-month service cycles, no refunds will be issued after the 6-month mark.


2. How to Request a Refund

Clients can submit refund requests through any of the following methods:

All refund requests must include:

  • Full Name
  • Contact Information
  • Service Purchased
  • Reason for Refund Request

Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days.


3. Refund Processing & Payment Method

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used by the client.

 Credit/Debit Card Payments – Refunded to the original card
Bank Transfers – Refunded to the original bank account
Other Payment Methods (Zelle, ApplePay) – Refunded via the original payment method

Note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Company Rights & Cancellation Policy

A. Company’s Right to Cancel Services

Our company reserves the right to terminate a contract or service agreement at any time if:
A client violates our terms of service
A client engages in fraud, abuse, or unethical behavior
The company determines that our services are not a good fit for the client’s needs

In such cases, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion.


B. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Methods

All strategies, methods, and proprietary data used by our company remain intellectual property of Dirmarcus Deshane Scott Consulting / New Era of Conscious Living Corporation.

🔹 Clients are strictly prohibited from sharing, reselling, or distributing our methods, strategies, and proprietary content without written consent.
🔹 Unauthorized reproduction, use, or distribution of our materials is subject to legal action.

5. Legal Disclaimers

A. No Legal or Financial Advice

We are not licensed attorneys, financial advisors, or credit bureaus, and we do not provide legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Any actions taken by clients based on the information provided are at their own risk.


B. No Guaranteed Results

Our services aim to help clients improve their creditworthiness, financial standing, and funding opportunities. However, results may vary based on individual credit history, financial situation, and external factors.

  • We do not guarantee specific credit score improvements, loan approvals, or funding approvals.
  • Credit repair and business credit development are processes that depend on compliance with industry and legal standards.


C. Compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)

We comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and work within the legal framework to assist clients with disputing inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information on credit reports.

  • We do not promise or guarantee removal of accurate negative credit items.
  • We do not engage in deceptive credit repair practices.

If you believe your credit report contains errors, you have the right to dispute inaccurate information under the FCRA (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.).


D. Compliance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Telemarketing Laws

We adhere to all FTC and TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) regulations, including:
No misleading claims about credit repair, funding, or financial results
Full transparency on pricing and services
Strict adherence to the National Do Not Call Registry
No robocalls, autodialed calls, or SMS messages without consent

Clients may opt-out of communications at any time by contacting us via email or phone.


By purchasing our services, clients agree to this Refund Policy and acknowledge the legal disclaimers outlined above.
