At Dirmarcus Deshane Scott Consulting / New Era of Conscious Living Corporation (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we provide digital consulting services, education, and strategic guidance. Because our services begin immediately upon enrollment and access is delivered digitally, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy.

All services delivered by the Company are digital and advisory in nature.

Refund Requests Within 3 Days:
Clients may request a full refund within the first 3 calendar days of initial activation.

After 3 days, work begins and information is delivered.
No refunds will be issued after this timeframe.

This applies to onboarding fees, subscription fees, and consulting fees.

Refund requests must include:

• Full Name
   
• Email or phone number
   
• Date of purchase
   
• Service purchased
   
• Reason for the request
   

Refund reviews are processed within 7–10 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Clients may cancel ongoing subscriptions at any time.

Any billed amounts prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
 

Canceling a subscription prevents future charges.
It does not reverse previously delivered services, consultations, or portal access.

Our coaching, education, and advisory services support financial literacy, budgeting, business strategy, and credit-related planning.

We do not make or imply guarantees regarding:

• credit score increases
   
• loan or funding approvals
   
• removal of items from credit reports
   
• specific financial results
   

Outcomes depend on personal financial history and client participation.

All materials, strategies, tools, templates, and educational content remain the exclusive property of the Company.

Clients may not:

• copy
   
• resell
   
• reproduce
   
• distribute
   
• publicly share
   
• use for commercial purposes
   

Violation may result in suspension of services and legal action.

We provide coaching, education, and informational services.

We are not:

• attorneys
   
• certified financial advisors
   
• tax professionals
   
• credit bureaus
   
• lenders
   

Nothing provided is legal, tax, or investment advice.

Clients are responsible for their own financial decisions.
 

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse services if:

• a client acts abusively or fraudulently
   
• a client misrepresents information
   
• the service is not aligned with the client’s needs
   

In such instances, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

We may update this policy at any time.
Updates are effective immediately upon posting.

Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the most current version of this refund policy.
