Billing & Subscription Policy

Effective Date: Immediately
Company Entities:
New Era of Conscious Living Corporation
DBA: Dirmarcus Deshane Scott Consulting
(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)

This Billing & Subscription Policy explains how payments, billing, subscriptions, and renewals operate.
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to this policy.


1. Nature of Subscription Services

Our services consist of:

  • Financial education
     
  • Consulting
     
  • Credit literacy guidance
     
  • Document review and preparation
     
  • Strategy development
     
  • Administrative support
     

Subscriptions are access-based, not performance-based.
Fees compensate for time, education, digital access, and consulting — not credit outcomes, deletions, or approvals.


2. Monthly Subscription Billing

Clients are billed $97.97 every 30 days on a recurring subscription basis.

Billing begins on the date of purchase, not the first scheduled consultation.

Example:
If you subscribe on March 10, your next bill is April 10, then May 10, and so on.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in writing.


3. What the Subscription Covers

Your subscription provides continued access to:

  • Financial education
     
  • Digital materials
     
  • General credit literacy and strategy guidance
     
  • Client support and communication
     
  • Administrative review of documents
     

These services are educational, not transactional or guarantee-based.


4. No Guarantee of Results

Payments cover services delivered — not outcomes.

We do not guarantee:

  • Credit score increases
     
  • Removal of accurate negative items
     
  • Loan or mortgage approvals
     
  • Business funding or financial approvals
     
  • Response timeframes from bureaus or lenders
     

Every financial profile is different.
Results depend on personal history and third-party institutions.


5. Automatic Billing & Payment Authorization

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the Company to:

  • Automatically charge your payment method
     
  • Continue billing until cancellation is received
     

You agree to maintain valid payment information on file at all times.


6. PCI DSS Compliance (Payment Security)

We follow PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) guidelines.

This means:

  • We do not store full credit card numbers
     
  • We do not collect or retain CVV codes
     
  • We do not manually store banking or cardholder data
     
  • All cardholder information is processed through third-party secure vendors
     

All payments are processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways such as:

  • Stripe
     
  • GoDaddy
     
  • Authorize.net
     
  • PayPal
     
  • Apple Pay
     
  • Banking/ACH processors
     

We never request:

  • Photos of credit cards
     
  • Social Security numbers via unsecured methods
     
  • Payment information through text messaging
     
  • Banking passwords
     
  • Login credentials to financial institutions
     

We do not accept cardholder information verbally or over the phone.

Any information transmitted is handled by the gateway provider under their PCI compliance controls, not ours.


7. Cancellations

Subscribers may cancel at any time by sending a written request via email or SMS.

Cancellations:

  • Take effect in the next billing cycle
     
  • Do not reverse or refund previously processed charges
     

We do not refund:

  • Past billing cycles
     
  • Completed services
     
  • Digital materials already delivered
     

Once cancelled, the subscription will not renew.


8. Failed Payments


If a payment fails:

  • Access to services may be paused or restricted
     
  • The payment processor may retry automatically
     
  • The Company may terminate service for non-payment
     

We reserve the right to send invoices or refer unpaid balances to collection entities if necessary.


9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

A chargeback filed without contacting us first is considered a breach of this agreement.

If a chargeback is initiated:

  • Services will be terminated immediately
     
  • Your case history and communication logs may be submitted to the processor
     
  • We may pursue collection or legal remedies
     

We request that all billing concerns be addressed internally before involving a bank or payment processor.


10. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing.
Subscribers will be notified in writing if rates change, and changes will apply to the next billing cycle after notification.

If you do not agree to updated pricing, you must cancel before the next renewal.


11. Payment Processors

Payments may be processed through:

  • Stripe
     
  • GoDaddy Payments
     
  • PayPal
     
  • Authorize.net
     
  • Bank ACH
     
  • Apple Pay
     
  • Zelle
     
  • Cash App
     

Each processor may impose its own terms, holds, reviews, and processing times.
The Company is not responsible for:

  • Bank delays
     
  • Payment holds
     
  • Processing errors
     
  • Merchant reviews
     

12. Compliance & Restrictions

We comply with:

  • FTC Regulations
     
  • Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
     
  • Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
     
  • PCI DSS Payment Processing Standards
     
  • State Commerce Guidelines
     

We do not:

  • Sell tradelines
     
  • Guarantee credit score changes
     
  • Guarantee funding outcomes
     
  • Offer “pay-for-deletion” services
     
  • File false or fraudulent disputes
     
  • Engage in unlawful credit repair activities
     

Services are strictly educational and consulting in nature.


13. Termination by the Company

We reserve the right to terminate service if:

  • Fraud is suspected
     
  • Abusive or hostile communication occurs
     
  • Client misuses information or materials
     
  • Payment methods are repeatedly declined
     
  • Policies are violated
     

Termination does not entitle a refund.
