We do not offer:

• Credit repair services under CROA
   
• Debt settlement
   
• Loan underwriting or lending
   
• Financial advisory services
   
• Tax preparation services
   

All guidance provided is educational and informational only.

We do not guarantee:

• Credit score increases
   
• Removal of negative or accurate credit data
   
• Loan approvals or funding decisions
   
• Business funding amounts
   
• Legal outcomes
   
• Financial outcomes
   

Each client’s credit, financial status, and business situation is unique.
Your results depend on your actions, decisions, and circumstances.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
   
• Have legal capacity to enter a contract
   
• Provide accurate personal information
   

If information you provide is false, incomplete, or misleading, we reserve the right to terminate services without refund.

You agree to:

1. Provide accurate and truthful information
    
2. Participate honestly in consultations
    
3. Understand that education requires consistent effort
    
4. Follow instructions provided at your own discretion
    
5. Not use our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
    

We are not responsible for failures, disputes, or negative outcomes arising from:

• Client non-cooperation
   
• Missed payments
   
• Delinquent accounts
   
• Misuse of financial products
   
• Ignoring professional advice
   
• Fraudulent activities
   

You agree that:

• All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated
   
• All recurring subscriptions will continue until canceled by the client
   
• You are responsible for all fees charged by your bank, lender, or payment provider
   

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services when payments are not received.

If you enroll in a recurring plan or monthly service:

• You will be charged automatically each billing cycle
   
• Billing begins immediately after enrollment
   
• You may cancel at any time by written request (email or portal)
   

Cancellations must be submitted in writing and will apply to future billing cycles only.
No refunds will be issued for past or already-delivered services.

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy, which is separate from this document.
By purchasing services, you agree to abide by the refund policy.

Refunds will never be issued for:

• Work already delivered
   
• Data analysis already completed
   
• Disputes already submitted
   
• Digital materials you have accessed
   

All information is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

We do not:

Any actions you make as a result of our education or recommendations are your responsibility.

• Engage in unlawful credit repair practices
   

Clients have the right to dispute genuine inaccuracies directly with credit bureaus.

We are not responsible for:

• Actions of credit bureaus
   
• Lending institutions
   
• Underwriting decisions
   
• Financial institutions
   
• Tradeline vendors
   
• Partner platforms
   
• Credit monitoring services
   

All third-party decisions are outside of our control.

All content, training methods, forms, strategies, templates, frameworks, and digital materials remain the property of:

Clients may not:

• Reproduce
   
• Share
   
• Resell
   
• Redistribute
   
• Copy
   
• White-label
   

Any unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.

We take client privacy seriously.
We will not disclose personal information except:

• As required by law
   
• In response to court orders or subpoenas
   
• To protect the rights and property of the Company
   
• To process payments or administrative services

We reserve the right to terminate client services immediately if:

• The client violates these Terms
   
• The client engages in abuse or harassment
   
• Fraudulent activity is detected
   
• Communication becomes hostile or unsafe
   
• The relationship is deemed incompatible
   

Termination decisions are final.
Prorated refunds may be issued at our discretion.

Chargebacks are considered a breach of contract.

If you file a chargeback without first contacting us:

• Your account will be terminated
   
• Access to services will be suspended
   
• Your case and communication history may be forwarded to the payment processor
   

We reserve the right to seek collection or legal recovery for fraudulent chargebacks.

The Company is not liable for:

• Loss of profits
   
• Loss of income
   
• Loan denials
   
• Funding rejections
   
• Business losses
   
• Data breaches by third parties
   
• Damage caused by reliance on provided information
   

You agree to use all services at your own discretion and risk.

We may modify or update these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted with a new Effective Date.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
