Billing & Subscription

Dirmarcus Scott Consulting, a DBA of New Era of Conscious Living, offers credit consulting and financial coaching services on a subscription basis. By enrolling in our services, you agree to the billing terms described on this page.

All fees are charged in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Your first monthly charge occurs on your enrollment date. Subsequent charges are billed on the same calendar day each month. If your billing date falls on a weekend or holiday, the charge may process on the next business day.

• Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• Debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo
• ACH bank transfers (where available)
• QuickBooks invoices (credit card, debit card, and ACH via invoice link)

We also accept payments via QuickBooks invoices. Invoices are sent by email and support all major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers directly through the invoice link.

All payment information is encrypted and processed in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. We reserve the right to decline any payment method at our discretion.

Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You will not receive a separate renewal notice before each charge — by enrolling, you authorize recurring monthly charges of $97.97 until cancellation.

We recommend keeping your payment information up to date to avoid service interruptions. If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again within 3–5 business days. Continued failed payments may result in suspension of your account.

If your payment is declined, we will notify you by email and attempt to retry the charge. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds.

• First retry: 3 days after the initial failed attempt
• Second retry: 7 days after the initial failed attempt
• After two failed retries, your account may be suspended until payment is resolved
• Reactivation requires payment of any outstanding balance

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at least 5 business days before your next billing date. Cancellations received after this window may result in one additional charge for the upcoming billing period.

Upon cancellation, your access to services will continue through the end of your current paid billing period. The one-time enrollment fee is non-refundable.

Dirmarcus Scott Consulting reserves the right to modify service fees at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice via email before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.

Continued use of our services after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel before the effective date.

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and respond within 5–7 business days.

To dispute a charge, email us at neweraofconsciousliving@gmail.com with your name, the charge amount, the date of the charge, and a brief description of the issue. Initiating a chargeback with your bank before contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
